I give, devise and bequeath to The Catholic Family Foundation of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Inc. (the
"CFF"), the sum of $ __________ (or _____ % of my estate; the rest and residue; or the property
described herein) to be added to and held, administered and disposed of as a part of THE
CATHEDRAL OF MARY OUR QUEEN CATHOLIC EDUCATION ENDOWMENT FUND.
Bequest to the Catholic Family Foundation (CFF) to establish a named endowment fund for the
School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen:
I give, devise and bequeath to The Catholic Family Foundation of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Inc. (the
"CFF"), the sum of $ __________ (or _____ % of my estate; the rest and residue; or the property
described herein) to be used to establish The _______________________ Endowment Fund,
distributions from which shall be made in accordance with the policies and procedures of the CFF
