INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Please, prepare your manuscript according to these instructions. That is the easiest way to ensure a rapid publication process and have a good published manuscript.

Size and file format

The size of the manuscript must be 10 to 25 full pages. The manuscript has to be submitted as

MS Word (.doc or .docx) files.

Layout guidelines

Paper size A4 with all margins set to 2.5 cm.

Use the whole space of all pages, do not leave free space

Structure and organization of the manuscript

Body of text with numbered sections

The body of the manuscript begins with the abstract and is followed with the introduction

The conclusion of the manuscript must be summarized in a separate section under heading titled “Conclusion”

The last section of the manuscript is the Reference section

Guidelines for the text of the manuscript

For the text body use Times New Roman font, 12pt, normal

For Main Headings use Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold, capital letters

For the second level headings use Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold

For the third level headings use Times New Roman font, 12pt, italic

Main headings are numbered 1,2,3, and so on; secondary headings are numbered 1.1,

1.2, and tertiary headings are numbered 1.1.1, 1.1.2

All headings are left justified. No paragraph indentation.

Paragraphs are justified using single spacing, with no paragraph indentation.

Leave two 12pt clear lines between paragraphs within a section

Leave one 12pt clear line between the Main heading and the body of the text

Leave one 12pt clear line between secondary or tertiary headings and the body of the text

Figures and tables

Figures (Graphs, charts, diagrams and line drawings) and Tables should be included in the text of the manuscript

Figures and Tables should be of clear quality, in black and white and numbered consecutively with arabic numerals.

Font size in tables should not be smaller than 9pt

All tables and pictures must be clearly numerated with reference to the source if they are not made by the author(s). They should be positioned close to the place in the text where they are discussed.

Avoid colour figures as the proceedings will be printed in black and white.

Images must be inserted as picture files (.gif, .jpg, .bmp, .pct, .png, .psd). You may be asked to supply the pictures as separate files.

Referring

References to other publications must be in Harvard style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency.

Cite publications in the text: (Adams, 2006) using the first named author or (Adams and Brown, 2006) citing both names of two, or (Adams et al.

, 2006), when there are three or more authors.

If there is more than one manuscript by the same author(s) and with the same date, label them a,b,c, etc. (Adams, 2001a, 2001b).

Avoid the use of footnotes.

Reference list

References have to include at least 5 items

All listed references must be directly cited in the body of the text

The list of references has to be arranged alphabetically according to the first author

Publications by the same author(s) should be listed following the year of publication

Do not add space lines between references

References should be numbered.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 30th September of the current year.

Before sending the file should be saved as tp_last-name-of-author1 (eg. tp_renko.doc or tp_knezevic.docx). If there are two papers by the same author, a number after the last name of the author indicating the number of the paper (tp_knezevic1 and tp_knezevic2).

Please note that authors have the responsibility to correct all grammatical errors in the paper.
