built around a durable footbath tub. The array is the only component and it is immersed
in the water with the user’s feet. The array has two electrolysis plates which oscillate and
generate countless numbers of ions and energy into the water. The array, the salt and
water are used in combination to ionize the water for the treatment. Alone, they can
produce foam, colored particles and other substances in the water during the oscillation
process. The water used for the treatment is the biggest variable because it may already
contain minerals which may change the water color during the ionization process. When
human hands or feet are added to the water, the user’s perspiration is also ionized into the

What does the “A” and “V” on the front of the unit display stand for?
“V” stands for voltage and serves as an indicator of the unit’s temperature. When the
display reading is below 12V, the unit may become hot. “A” stands for amperes. It serves
as an indicator of the conductivity level that resides in the water. The best settings
(reading) for “V” is between 12-18 volts on the display, and the best setting (reading) for
“A” is between 1.70 and 2.10 (amperes on the display).

Why “A” Amperes reading should be between 1.70 and 2.10?
If “A” is below 1.70 amperes, it means the conductivity (energy in the water) is low and
may not offer the best treatment value. The “A” amperes reading should be between 1.70
to 2.10. If the “A” is above 2.30, it means the conductivity is too high and the unit is
running hotter than it was meant too. As a safety feature, the
Advanced
Ion Therapeutics device may turn itself off at 2.50 amperes to prevent damage to the
unit. It is important to be able to read these electrical setting because the “V” Voltage
must be above 13.6V for ionization to take place in the water. At the above amperage
setting 1.70 to 2.10 the Voltage should run at about 18V.

Yes, mode 3 is used in this example. Select 1.2 – 1.6 for the ampere, if this does not
