Any tent vendors included in the pavilion section (see map) will be responsible for bringing their white tent, table & weights, unless arranged by Manager. Front and Center □550.00 Season pass (all 22 weeks). White tent and 8’ table provided. Six vendors max. Payment Schedule Weekly fees are due each Saturday morning at the TRFM tent before 8:45am. Season pass and half Season pass, May 2 –July 11, is due at TRFM Mandatory vendor meeting in April. The last half Season payment (July 18th-September 26th) is due July 4th. * The Harvest Market (October Market) and The Very Merry Local Christmas Market are special events and not included in the full season prices. I further permit the TRFM to use photographs of me for publicity. Vendors must include a copy of all certificates and licenses with Application. *Vendors selling value added items please see South Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Compliance Guidelines.* Baked Goods, Candy, Covered Nuts: Provide a valid DHEC kitchen license in your name with Grade A permit for the kitchen you are preparing your items in or a valid RVC issued by The Department of Agriculture with application. If you are selling canned foods, jams, pickles or jellies: analysis and approval is required by Clemson Extension office and must be produced in a SCDHEC or SCDA approved and registered kitchen ONLY. Eggs – provide a SCDA wholesale license with application. Eggs must be washed, labeled, graded according to USDA standards. Call 803.737.9690 with questions. Egg providers must keep eggs at 45 degrees and label display box as “not for sale, display only” A date of expiration or packed on date must be labeled on each carton. Honey - provide current copy of SCDA Inspection Report and label must comply with SCDA regulations including name, address and weight. Meat (rabbit, quail, alligator) – SCDA certification required with application Produce Certified Organic Produce- Provide a Copy of Organic Certification with Application.
