BACKGROUND
Architectural Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. one of the leading
engineering design and project management services company that came into
existence in the year 1999.
The operation then started with just two
engineers experienced in technical services design and execution, and
independently took charge of a project right from the conceptual stage to
completion. The success and professional approach during the course led to
number of opportunities to designing, planning and project management of
various projects in India and abroad.
Architectural Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Principal Consulting
company along with performance contracting for existing Buildings towards
energy management became another milestone. Through the words of mouth,
technical capabilities and dedication number of large and small assignments
came underway that have been completed to the satisfaction of the clients,
and others are underway.
To day with the passage of few years Architectural Energy
Solutions has achieved a substantial recognition and have a credit of executing

Brief about Promoters
Dhananjay Apte, A graduate Mechanical engineer served the Indian Navy and
did variety of courses in Marine Engineering from various systems to Gas
turbine propulsion and power generation, derived for marine ships. In 1992,
was one of the four technical members selected for commissioning a Koshin
class of ship from then USSR. This was my first professional introduction to
System Designing and project management. In respect of Design services,
reviewing as per Indian standard conditions and value engineering, where by
Continuous Technical supervision as per quality requirement with respect to
time and administration to reach schedule given by navel head quarters was
the most profound part.
In 1996-97, I had another opportunity whereby I got involved in naval project
of jetty construction. I was the sole representative from naval organization in
which I had an opportunity to be involving right from soil investigation to
design services until construction completion. During the project I was
involved in total handling of the site, thus came across the project
management, on various stages.
There after once taking volunteer retirement from Navy, it was but natural to
start my career in the field of services designing. Being one of the fortunate to
get an opportunity to work in the most reputed firm, where by carried no of
civil / various Industrial projects and activities on different occasions and sites
which I am putting it In front as whole.
Arif Aga, A graduate electrical engineer from the Pune University with more
than 11 years experience, was first exposed to professional engineering design
during final year project. Independently successfully designed and developed
“Flat Single sided Linear Induction Motor” one of its own kind to be designed
and developed at that stage. After graduation worked with an electrical
contracting company as an engineer where again exposure was given to
electrical design and engineering services.
Further worked with a few reputed electrical consulting companies of
international repute as an electrical engineer and within a short span of time
headed the team of engineers and was the Key person for electrical designs.
After which got opportunities to independently handle the projects in
associations with the company.
