Detailed knowledge of the specific MSD selected ion monitoring (SIM) acquisition parameters and
their influence on the acquired data.
Detailed knowledge of the PBM library search and Parametric Retrieval utilities.
Detailed knowledge of the quantitation software and the influence of the various quantitation
parameters.
Detailed knowledge of the USEPA methods and how EnviroQuant meets these requirements.

8. Electronic Files required

All additional method and data files are downloadable from the data warehouse. When you unzip files,
set it for the root folder (C:\ or D:\) with the "user folder names" option. This will place all method
and data files in the location used in the manual.

“Sequence.csv” file (downloadable from the data warehouse) will need to be placed in the
"MSDchem\1\sequence" folder.

Experience levels range from no experience to several years with the typical user experience about 3 – 5
years.
Most students require detailed step-by-step lab instructions.
