Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund of registration fees is available until July 15th, 2006. A partial
refund of 50% will be available until August 1, 2006. There will be no refunds for cancellations after
August 1, 2006.
Meeting information:
CEU’s : This meeting has been approved by CPDT for CEU’s. Each attendee is responsible for submitting meeting
information to their state’s veterinary medical licensing board to earn CEU’s in their state.
 Lodging: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging
The Cheshire Lodge is the host hotel; rooms are
reserved for meeting attendees at a discounted rate of $73 + tax per night (single occupancy). When calling, you must
mention the SVBT or the Humane Society of MO to receive your discounted room rate.
