Regression analysis with day of week, lagged-independent variables, and temperature variables are used to predict core, EG, and other noncore demand. Injection capacity is the sum of the capacities reported by the 4 storage fields each day. Off-system nominations means nominations to PG&E at Kern River Station. Latest scheduled quantity if the quantity of deliveries scheduled from the prior nomination cycle. b. Attached is the data from the inception of Envoy, April 2003. Please provide a breakdown that includes the following: cost of meters and/or gauges; cost of installation; cost of integration systems; and the number of meters/gauges required to provide an accurate measure of pressure and/or inventory on SoCalGas’ transmission system. RESPONSE 2: There has been no such cost analysis. Linepack in the transmission system is irrelevant to how SoCalGas calls an OFO. 3
