The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has received formal notification from APA GasNet Australia Pty Ltd (GasNet) of the
voluntary withdrawal of their access arrangement variation proposal, submitted to the AER on 18 December 2008.
The process of assessing the proposal seeking to vary the access arrangement covering the GasNet system in Victoria is
therefore concluded and a final decision will not be prepared by the AER. Interested parties are also advised that submissions
are no longer necessary.
Accordingly, the GasNet access arrangement will remain unchanged.
