Mr and Mrs Jones have agreed with Sarah Jones that they will care for Bill, Bob and Sam

By doing this Mr Mrs Jones agree to keep Bill, Bob and Sam safe and that they will not allow
Mr Plum, the father of Bill, Bob and Sam, to have any contact with the children over the
weekend.
Mr Mrs Jones agree that they will not allow Sarah Jones to remove the children from their
care over the weekend.
The undertaking will remain in force until reviewed by Mr & Mrs Jones. Sarah Jones and
Walsall Children’s Services on (insert date) which is the next working day.
