Personal Profile All employers look for reliability and punctuality which I can prove I take pride in through references. I have a very hard working ethic aiming to do the best I can. This has shown in my current job where I started with no experience to being promoted to assistant manager in 8 months through my hardworking and reliable attitude, which I take to any job position I get. I also enjoy a challenge and learning new skills which I will show by striving to complete any challenge I come up against.
I have a love for watching children progress and being a part of their progression. I have an enthusiastic nature and love being up and about, being active as much as possible. I am also punctual and reliable.

I have extensive communication skills, with currently being an assistant manager I have to lead a team regularly in order for the restaurant to move smoothly. I hold a fullclean U.K. driving licence with staff members or cover shifts when staff are unable to work, unless it is impossible for me to get into work when called in I have always gone in when needed and I have always swapped shifts with any member of staff that has needed to, I feel this demonstrates I work within a team and not just for myself.
I can adapt to new surroundings, learn a new way of doing a job. I can adapt from working within a team to being independent and using my initiative which will be demonstrated during working hours. I can take to a higher role and take on extra responsibilities within a matter of minutes. Usually I will only have to be shown how to do something once and will have no problem doing it again un supervised.
Everything I want to or have achieved in life is solely through my own hard work and determination. I am an extremely independent person and strive to do the best I can. This will be proved when working. Having something to work towards always keeps me motivated and challenged (which keeps me happy) and the reason I currently want a career change, there is not enough challenges or progression routes in the industry I am currently in.

I have previously worked in a children’s play centre hosting children’s parties from aged 1 upwards. I have also taught children to ride horses in a previous job.
Although not work experience I have three younger siblings the youngest being 4 and the eldest being 11 whom I took a major part in help looking after from being newborn, I also have an extensive family of younger children the eldest now being 6 from family and friends due to me being the eldest of the grandchild generation in my family.
