CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION & TOURS:
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation and tours bookings.
A copy of the Accommodation and Tour Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification.
Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
Up to and including April 15, 2016: Full refund less 25% cancellation fees on the total room nights amount
From April 16, 2016 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
