






Worked on Picture Exchange Communications System (PECS) to achieve excellent results

pictorial schedules to produced effective results in starting those using words and sentences
to communicate. 
Used Metacognitive teaching strategies and FOCUS program to get marvelous results while
working children with ADD/ADHD. Children inability to concentrate and poor attention span
was drastically reduced by different therapies and use of Metacognitive teaching strategies and
memory skills. 
Worked 2 ½ year with hearing impaired Autistic child, trained her with Picture
Exchange Communications so she started communicating for her basic needs. 
