歐洲近代早期文化史專題(碩博士班 99-1) 授課教師:林美香 (mayshine@nccu.edu.tw) 課程目標: 本課程將介紹歐洲近代早期文化史研究中極具影響力的作品,以使研 究生熟悉此一領域的重要議題與史家,同時也培養學生閱讀、討論與 批判的能力。 課程要求: 1. 須閱讀每週指定之閱讀資料,並積極參與討論。 2. 建議學生修課前可先閱讀以下作品,以瞭解歐洲文化史研究的發展: (1) Ernst Gombrich’s “In Search of Cultural History,” in his Ideals and Idols: Essays on Values in History and in Art (1979). (2) Peter Burke’s What is Cultural History (2004). 3. 本課程與「身體與文明研究中心」的讀書會合作,學生每月有一次 上課時間為週五下午 4:00-6:00,請選課同學務必注意。閱讀書目 為:Pierre Bourdieu, Distinction: A Social Critique of the Judgement of Taste, trans.
