Occasionally record, edit and upload voiceover audio, for which you will receive training. SKILLS NEEDED: We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-friendly individual with excellent communication skills, previous marketing experience and multi-tasking capacity. The primary language used in our office and studio is English, with occasional incoming calls and emails in Spanish; a bilingual candidate fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred. If necessary, you will be taught the skills of audio recording, editing and delivery. You will work on a wide variety of administrative and marketing projects for a professional voiceover production company and touring music ensemble, including: Administrative Tasks: Customer service, maintaining detailed voiceover (VO) recording logs and contact databases, invoicing, communicating with VO talent producers and arts/cultural programmers to pursue engagements (via phone, Web and e-mail), updating and creating online VO profiles and demos, fielding phone calls, email and mail for VO and music performance requests, show advancing, performance scheduling, CD and audiobook order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, office supplies and equipment. You will also supervise and train student interns. Marketing Tasks: Creating and updating marketing email and social media posts and campaigns, writing copy for and designing flyers and postcards, composing press releases, completing email press mailings; researching prospective buyers on the Internet; assisting with client prospecting, identifying potential clients online and contacting them by e-mail and telephone to introduce our company's services. Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred though not required. Must be comfortable with Apple OS and have some familiarity with Microsoft Office for Mac, Filemaker Pro, Excel, iTunes, iMovie, and preferably with recording software (we use Digital Performer 7). Multi-tasking ability is critical: must be able to stay on top of several projects at once and meet deadlines; a high level of organization is imperative.
