The purpose of this ROM is to recognize those Field Spaniels who contribute(d) to the breed through the
accomplishments of their progeny. An outstanding producer need not have earned an AKC title; solely
the accomplishments of progeny are counted.
Fill out application completely. If additional documentation is required, you will be notified. Make a copy
for your records and use in application for HOF.

POINTS ARE EARNED FOR PROGENY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Points for each qualifying progeny may be added across columns but not up and down within a column (take the highest point value
per column for each of the progeny).
 Performance areas include all except for the “SHOW” category.
 The points for wins at nationals may be added IN ADDITION to the other highest point level earned in the Show Column.
Example: Dog wins WD at national and later finishes CH title = 3 points for CH plus 2 points for WD at national = 5 points total.
