Seller agrees to provide pedigree/registration papers, Desexing record and
Vaccination record for kitten/cat

At the time of purchase your kitten/cat appears to be in good health and has
been vet checked prior to shipping/delivery to you.

All pedigree kittens/cats are not of the same quality.

Please note: No feline is completely hairless. It is understood that the degree of
hairlessness of the Sphynx cat varies from cat to cat and sometimes from season
to season. No Sphynx is truly completely hairless. Hormones and genetics play

an important role in degree of hairlessness and even though a kitten may be
almost hairless when it is sold, it is possible that the kitten could develop some
hair after being neutered/spayed or, as it grows older. It is impossible to
guarantee that any Sphynx kitten/cat will not grow hair at some point and time.

All kitten/cats will be neutered/spayed before going to new home

It is recommended that Purchaser have this kitten/cat examined by a veterinarian
within 72 hours of purchase, at purchaser's expense. Any health problems of a
life threatening and untreatable nature shall be documented by the vet and
reported to seller immediately and a replacement will be offered as available.
Any health problems after this time shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Failure to have kitten/cat checked within this time period makes all warranties
null and void.

It is fully understood and acknowledged between both parties that no long-range
guarantee can be offered to the varying conditions in the cat’s new home and
environment.

If there are other cats living in the household, Seller will NOT be responsible for
any disease that the other cats may be carriers of e.g. FIP, FIV, FeLV, and URI.

Boo-Tonk Sphynx offers a 2 year guarantee/protection against
Hereditary/Congenital HCM. If, your kitten/cat is diagnosed with HCM we will not
refund you the cost of your cat/kitten but will replace your cat/kitten of similar type
and quality when one is such available. Buyer pays cost of shipping only. HCM
must be diagnosed with Ultrasound of approved veterinarian with a specialty is
cardiology. Proof must be given that specific cat/kitten is indeed the diagnosed
cat/kitten.

In the event of death in a kitten up to 6 months of age, and your veterinarian
suspects this is due to any disease, deformity, physical condition, illness or
defect that is congenital, hereditary or likely to have been contracted before the
sale and delivery of the kitten to purchaser, a necropsy is required and must be
performed at purchaser's expense, in order to determine cause of death.

A copy of Necropsy report must be provided to seller/breeder and or
seller/breeders Veterinarian.

Failure to have necropsy performed will void all health warranties and NO
replacement will be offered. Any replacement will be at the discretion of the seller
Rosemary Bagnall (Boo-Tonk Sphynx).

Conditions of Sale
A pet quality pedigree kitten/cat is one that the breeder does not want shown.

Purchase price: $1800.00 with a Nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to
hold the above Kitten/cat; balance shall be paid in full before the kitten/cat is
ready to leave the sellers home.

Payments: If the buyer, having put a deposit on a cat/kitten, should later change
their mind about the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded. The buyer will
have the option of purchasing a kitten at a later time where the deposit will be
applied.

Shipping- shipping is extra at the buyer’s expense

guarantee that under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased,
transferred or given away without SELLERS WRITTEN PERMISSION.

This kitten/cat must not be declawed. The buyer understands that declawing is a
mutilation and a cruelty that is likely to alter the kitten/cats temperament and
health. Instead of declawing the buyer agrees to keep the kitten/cats toenails
trimmed regularly, and to supply the kitten/cat with proper scratching materials
and suitable training.

Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop,
research laboratory or similar facility.

Adequate indoor facilities will be provided and this cat will not be allowed to roam
freely outdoors.

If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or in ill health, the Purchaser will
surrender said kitten/cat to the breeder unconditionally and without any financial
restitution or compensation.

The Purchaser further warrants that this Kitten/Cat:

Will receive regular vaccinations

Will be given all necessary veterinary care that may be necessary
to maintain its good health.
In the event of the Purchaser being unable to maintain the kitten/cat, the Breeder/Seller
reserves the right of first refusal no matter what the age is. This Kitten/cat may not be
sold, given or donated to any person without prior consent from the breeder/seller,

A contract is not valid between the Breeder and Purchaser until a signed copy of the
