APPEAL TO THE COURT OF APPEALS
(a) The time to file a notice of appeal, and bonds therefrom, including in forma pauperis affidavits, to the North
Carolina Court of Appeals from the Full Commission is governed by the provisions of G.S. 97-86.
(b) A motion to reconsider or to amend an award of the Full Commission shall be filed within 15 days of receipt of
notice of the award. An award of the Full Commission is not final until the disposition is filed by the Commission
on the pending motion to reconsider or to amend an award.
