PRSS reserve the right to remove any child from the team or organization based on the conduct of their parents. PRSS Club Mission and Objectives Page 5 Fundraising 1. The money needed to provide equipment and tournament entry fees and other necessary expenses comes from fees the players pay to join the organization, and from a fund raising program. 2. All players and parents are expected to participate in the fundraising program. 3. Each player is required to participate in at least 3 fundraisers during the Spring/Summer season and 1 each for the Fall and Winter seasons. 4. Without the fundraising program, the cost per player to participate in our organization would be exorbitant! 5. If the Director or Board members determines the players and parents are not participating in fundraisers then membership fees will be increased for those players. Fundraiser participation is mandatory unless you plan to pay the extra membership fee. 6. Fundraising is an effort to raise money for the organization as a whole and will not be team based. 7. There will no longer be special permission given to hold individual fundraisers for any reason. All fundraising will be done as an organization. 8. If there is not enough overall participation in fundraisers then the team membership fees will be raised for everyone who participates in the organization. To keep cost down we need participation from all members. Other 1. Membership fees for teams must cover the tournaments the team is scheduled to play in for that season. If there are not enough girls on the team with membership fees covering the tournament cost there will be 2 options, either the parents can absorb the cost by splitting the cost of the planned tournaments or the tournaments will be dropped. (This does not mean in any way that membership fees are solely for tournaments only that tournament cost will not exceed the fees unless parents want to pay extra.) 2. Membership fees will be used in conjunction with fundraisers to cover cost to purchase uniforms, balls, pay for the club cost, fundraiser supplies, AAU membership fees, coaches’ fees, and all other intangibles it takes to keep the organization functional. (Fundraisers and donations keep this organization running.) 3. There will be no adding players to any team after May 31st. If there is a special need to add players then there will be a fee for that player to play with our organization. The fee will be prorated or decided on as per the cost of the tournament(s) played. 4. No more than one tournament will be paid for or funded before at least half of the team membership fees have been collected.
