MOBILE COMMUNITY CLINIC

Information, procedures and booking form for users of the mobile clinic

The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital mobile clinic is a fully equipped clinical space for outreach work. The mobile clinic has two consulting rooms (one with a couch), a reception and waiting area and a toilet. The mobile clinic is also equipped with laptops and printers that are connected to Lastword to enable staff to print labels and pathology requests.

The mobile clinic hire cost per day is £600 plus the cost of the driver at £27.50 per hour. Please be advised that your driver charge will be longer than your event as the charge commences when the mobile clinic leaves the depot and stops when the mobile clinic arrives back at the depot.

Please be advised that while the mobile clinic and clinic rooms are wheelchair accessible, the toilet is not.

Please complete the attached booking form and email it to chelsea.bus@chelwest.nhs.uk
