any esp. interesting features

Discussion:
Model evaluation, where are we, any new ideas, data (esp. also regarding the incoming
information from Xavier)? What are the scientific questions we ask, can we address them, ideas
for papers based on current results
 for instance: past climate variability and trends, response of vegetation and water cycles; soil
moisture-vegetation interactions (feedback to precipitation?), climate vs. CO2 effects, etc.
