Dear Parent/Guardian,
P6 Updates
1) P6 Parent-Teacher Conference 2015
It will take place on 1 & 2 Sept 2015 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the school hall. If you are unable to
meet up with your child’s Form Teacher, please schedule an alternative date (subject to the
teacher’s availability) to collect your child’s Individual Performance Map (IPM), report book and test
scripts. Please bring your child/ward along for this session. Your child/ward is required to be in
his/her full school uniform. All report books, IPMs and scripts are to be duly signed and returned by
the first day of Term 4, Monday, 14 Sept 2015. No report books will be issued directly to pupils.
A schedule would be worked out and the timing will be confirmed at a later date.
2) Sept Holiday Sessions
To continue supporting your child towards the last leg of the PSLE journey, two days (Mon 7 Sept &
Tue 8 Sept 2015) have been specially scheduled for your child to consult his/her teachers as
shown below. Please ensure that all necessary transport arrangements for your child/ward are
made.

3) Term 4 Remedial and Supplementary
