mechanics of nanostructures in
semiconductor material systems.
The influence of diffusion, growth,
and stress on the morphological
evolution of nanostructures in
epitaxial thin films is being
investigated. I am also interested in
numerical modeling and simulations
of mechanical response of various
engineering structures.
