CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Jumping classes will be held under British Showjumping rules. Entries in all classes are confined to horses registered with and must be ridden by members of the British Show jumping in accordance with Rule 79. Objections to the result of any jumping class may only be made by an authorised agent or rider of a horse in that competition. Any such objection must be made in writing to the Secretary within one hour of the competition ending and a deposit of £100.00 paid see rule 198, which is returnable within 7 days if the objection is upheld. The landowners, organisers and officials shall not accept any liability or be held responsible for anything that may happen to competitors, owners, spectators, their property and/or vehicles, servants, animals or any other person or property whatsoever, in connection with or arising from this event. No claim shall be entered for any incident, which may occur to competitors, their property, servants or horses in connection with or arising out of this Show. It shall be considered a condition or entry that each entrant shall immediately indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from any such incident, whether or not it is the result of negligence of anyone assisting in the running of the Show. Prize money will be awarded in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 76.6. Rule 76.6.1 will apply for sponsored classes, but moneys will be carried over to the final show. Hard hats with two point retaining harness correctly secured, TO CURRENT STANDARDS EN1384, ATSM 1163 OR PAS 015 with Kite mark or SEI, MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILST MOUNTED, i.e. WORKING IN AND COMPETING. NO DOGS AND NO CLEANING OUT OF LORRIES All competitors will be required to produce their current membership card and current Horse Registration Card. If these cannot be produced a ticket may be purchased but prize money or qualifications will not be given. British Show jumping Rule 82.21 – No member shall allow a stallion for which he is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to attend a show, compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competion without taking adequate precautions to ensure other horses/ponies, competitors and members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
