No responsibility can be accepted for any loss/damage to property or accident to horse, rider or spectator. 2. Classes may be cancelled, split or amalgamated at the Committee’s discretion. 3. Correctly fastened BHS Reg. hard hats and suitable footwear must be worn at all times by mounted persons. 4. Misuse of whips and spurs on the Showground will incur elimination and removal from the Showground. Whips no longer than 30” to be used in all classes (except some dressage classes). No spurs allowed in M & M ridden classes or 13.2hh and under jumping classes. 5. No entry will be accepted without appropriate entry fee. No entries taken by telephone. 6. No refund of entry without production of a valid veterinary/doctor’s certificate. 7. The Committee reserves the right to impose a standard should this be considered necessary. 8. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason. 9. Any objection must be made to the Show Secretary not later than 30 mins after the final judging of the class, together with a £10 deposit, which will be returned only if the objection is upheld. 10. THE JUDGE’S DECISION IS FINAL. 11. Age and height limits will be strictly adhered to. Horses/ponies in ridden classes must be aged 4 years and over. 12. Riders must WALK at all times except in the designated areas. 13. PARKING: Please park where Stewards indicate. 14. PLEASE DO NOT leave or drop litter as livestock is grazed on this land. 15. No unauthorised persons allowed in the rings. 16. To enter Members’ Classes and to qualify for Members’ rosettes, competitors must have joined the Society prior to the event. 17.
