The Stop Diabetes Manual
The Diabetes Manual is a reference handbook for diabetes type 2 patients as well as a
tutorial on how to reverse diabetes 2. The manual is also useful to all prediabetics
wanting to prevent the development of diabetes 2.
The manual is written by diabetics and for diabetics and is not supported by the
medical industrial complex.
Unlike the conventional medical treatment supported by most diabetes associations in
the world the Stop Diabetes Concept focus on eating fewer carbohydrates (carbs) and
on normalizing your glucose metabolism without chemical drugs such as statins,
metformin and/or insulin.
The manual describes how your glucose metabolism should work and thereby help
you to understand and choose the steps needed in order to reverse your diabetes for
the restoration of your body.
The tutorial operates with a 3 step approach:
 STEP 1: You have to follow a very low carb diet for a few days/weeks in
order to bring down your fasting glucose back to normal.
 STEP 2: When the blood sugar is normalized some months will follow
where your breakfast and your evening meal are normalized while
your lunch is low or without carb.
Your stomach will be reduced gradually during this period.
 STEP 3: You will now be totally free of all diabetes symptoms
The tutorial advises you how to stay free for the rest of your life.
The Stop Diabetes 2 manual helps you in selecting the right food and the right
combination between proteins, carbohydrates (carbs) and fat.
A resent American mega-research1 has documented that the former fear of eating fat
has been completely unfounded, and that the belief that large quantities of vegetables
was needed in order to minimize the risk of developing cancer was 99.8 percent
wrong.
Therefore we recommend replacing an appropriate part of the content of carbs in the
food with protein and fat; the manual helps you making the best choices.
Too many carbs in the food are poison for diabetics! We think that it is better solving
this problem by reducing the content of carbs instead of adding diabetes drugs to the
diet as recommended for years by the medical industry and the official health system.
Instead of learning new recipes the manual contains ideas on how you can enhance
your own favorite dishes by reducing the content of carbs and increasing the content

Do not listen to dieticians and food advocates who say that diabetics just have to eat healthful food.
Normal healthful food can contribute to a worsening of diabetes.
Do not listen to doctors like Neal Barnard and dieticians selling Diabetes Reverse booklets based on
low-fat vegetarian diets either. Vegetables are carbs and diabetics get sick by eating many carbs.
Eating pumpernickle and rye bread instead of white bread and eating potatoes and beans instead of
meat and dairy products brings no cure – it brings only a transient false hope as long as the body
weight is being reduced. After that you will be back on a diet which includes diabetes drugs daily
