Job Aid
Purpose
The purpose of this job aid is to assist with the population of the Service and Product
Enhancement Code (SPEC) field on the Access Service Request (ASR).
Definition
The SPEC field identifies a specific product or service offering. Verizon uses this code to validate
entries on the ASR based on criteria for the product or service being requested.
