Spelling Weekly Homework Activities Directions: Each night Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you will choose one activity to complete for spelling homework. Be sure you do not do the same activity that you completed in class during the day. Use your checklist to keep track of the activities completed each week. 1. Draw and Label- Choose 10 words to draw a picture to go with the word and then label the picture with the spelling word. 2. Sentences- Pick 10 spelling words and write a sentence for each word. Each sentence should have at least 8 words in the sentence. 3. Writing Definitions- Choose 5 spelling words to write a definition to reinforce your understanding of word meanings.
