We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for the following positionsJunior Coaching Co-ordinator Development Team Coach/Manager Goalkeeping Coach Title- Junior Coaching Co-ordinator Purpose of role- To develop and implement a player and coach development programme across all junior age groups in line with FA criteria. Responsibilities include Implementing a coaching programme in line with FA LTPD guidelines Working in partnership with club coaches to ensure coaching across all age groups is of a high standard Further develop a continuous CPD programme, to include coach mentoring for all coaches Monitoring and evaluating player performance in conjunction with club coaches Monitoring and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of coaches in conjunction with the management committee Assistance with marketing and recruitment of players and club volunteers Effectively communicate with all club members on a regular basis Liaise with all coaches effectively to ensure consistency Experience required Level 3 (or working towards) FA Youth Module 1 & 2 FA licensed An accepted FA Disclosure and Barring Service Disclosure (CRB) Experience of coaching young players- preferably female An understanding of the FA Women’s and Girls player pathway An understanding of the Long Term Player Development Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Driving license and ability to travel independently Title- Development Team Coach/Manager Purpose of role- To coach/manage the new Senior Development Team who will be competing in the Birmingham County Women’s League.
