There is approximately 72,000 square feet of roofing on the main buildings that are identified as Building A, B, C, D,
E, F, G and H. All of the roofs consist of 3-ply built-up roofing systems installed over plywood decks/plank boards and
are surfaced with gravel. New built-up roofing systems have been installed at the walkways.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Main roofs
 Replace all roofs on main buildings
 Upon new roof installation, a maintenance program should be implemented. Maintenance on these roofs
would include clearing debris from drain areas and gutters, sealing flashing angles and corners as needed,
cutting back tree branches and sealing gravel stop joints.
