56 Day Weights taken for NDAA Bull Test North Dakota Angus Association’s 27th Annual Bull Test is being held at Ridl Farms, Dickinson ND. This year the sale will be held April 27, 2015 at Stockmen’s Livestock Exchange, Dickinson, ND. L.J. and Janet Dohrmann of Taylor, ND Bull Test Committee Chairmen, report that 72 bulls consigned by 23 Angus breeders are competing in a 112-day test. At the 56-day mark the 72 bulls had an average weight of 1099 lbs, an average daily gain of 4.20 lbs. and a weight per day of age of 3.47 lbs. Leading the average daily gain at the 56-day mark with a gain of 6.18 pounds per day is Lot 10, a son of SAV Resource 1441 consigned by Schmidt Angus Ranch, Gladstone, ND. In second place with a gain of 5.34 pounds per day is Lot 69, a son of Schiefelbien Effective 61 consigned by Polly Schmidt, Gladstone, ND. In third place with a gain of 5.09 pounds per day is Lot 22, a son of Vision Unanimous consigned by Thompson Angus, Kintyre, ND. Ahead in the weight per day of age category with a WDA of 3.98 pounds is Lot 22, a son of Vision Unanimous consigned by Thompson Angus, Kintyre, ND. In second place is Lot 21 with a WDA of 3.98 lbs, a son of Mogck Bullseye consigned by Koski Land & Cattle, Wing, ND. In third place is Lot 48 with a WDA of 3.88 lbs, a son of HA Top Flight 2314 consigned by Cow Camp Angus, Hettinger, ND.
