please disregard the Statement “(see Part III, Question
7).”
Provided clarification regarding eligible applicants.
The word “finding” was changed to read “funding”.
Note added to the end of the section to clarify that the use
of funds should first be used for costs related to
submitting assessment data to EEC, if recipient does not
already have that capacity.
Language was added asking applicants to include contact
information on all documents submitted to EEC.
