Curriculum Vitae Personal Information First Name: Last Name: Date of Birth: Contact Number: Dzmitry Mukha 27/01/1986 +375 29 5629979 Gender: male Nationality: Belarus Email: d.v.mukha@gmail.com Contact Address: Russiyanov Street, 50 - 405, 220141, Minsk, Belarus Professional Profile Current Position: Current Research: Affiliated Institution: Research Fellow Current research is devoted to developing pipelines for in silico and in vitro screening of new potential drug compounds. The work comprises creation of genetic constructions, expression, and chromatographic purification of recombinant proteins from different sources including humans. Computational biology tasks include construction of precise spatial models of protein using sophisticated molecular dynamics technics and performing screening procedures based on both numerical descriptors and spatial properties of chemical compounds. Few original algorithms of protein properties modeling were developed. Results of computational procedures are validated by different spectroscopy experiments with recombinant proteins obtained. The main focus of current studies is investigation of human cytochromes performing xenobiotics conversion.
