aircraft crew (Shun-Fa cheng, Mei-Chi Huang,
Zon-Li Wang) National Airborne Service Crop at
15:33 on Aug 11.
8. 1 corpse (name unidentified) was found Yenshan
road about 1 km upstream of Hsinbei bridge at 10:25
on Aug 12.
9. One female body (name unknown) was found on the
Gao Ping riverbed at Li Gang town Chao Zhuo
village at 15:15 on Aug 12

1. 1 fishing vessel was flipped over 100 meters away
from sea shore of Shuli elementary school in Linbien
of Pingtung county at 16: 00 on Aug 7. 1 victim
(captain Nan-Min Tu) swim by himself and reached

(Jao-Hsuan chen, De-Lon Wang)
2. Corpse was found at 11:20 on Aug 9 5 residents

Alishan town in Chiayi county at 13:00 on Aug 9, one (Yi-Chen Chen) lost in contact on 27,
Chashan 1st district｡

Kaohsiung, Chiahsien hundreds of people feared buried alive, then by the investigation of local
roads,and because of interrupted bridges, inaccessible to rescue workers, helicopters has been sent to
rescue stranded implementation, at 04:56 Aug 10. 61 people were rescued, and has been sent
respectively to social welfare placement Chishan Hall, Hospital for medical treatment or to their
relatives and friends at home at 18:00 on Aug 10. There are about 150 people currently safe in
another village in Xiao lin (Wuli Po)

Personnel and facility from fire departments mobilization for rescuing mission (7 counties
and cities and National Fire Agency participated with total of 544 personnel, 80 rubber boats,
50 vehicles, and 3 rescuing dog was stopped at 15:00 on Aug 12.
1. Supporting Kaohsiung County: 24 people from Taichung county, 23 people from
Tainan county fire department, 13 people from Hsinchu city fire department, 20
people from Hsinchu County fire department, 45 people and one rescuing dog
from Special Rescuing team of NFA, and 14people and 1 rescuing dog from
Kaohsiung city. 21 people from Taoyuan county fire department, 21 people from
Keelung city
2. Supporting Chiayi County: 4 people from Hsinchu City fire department, 23 people
from Miaoli County fire department, 10 people from Chiayi City fire department,
8 people from Taipei City fire department, 22 people from Taipei County fire
department, and 41 people from Hsinchu County fire department.
3. Supporting Taitung County: 2 people and 1 rescuing dog from Taipei city fire
department and 37 people from special rescuing team from NFA.
4. Supporting Pingtung County: 55 people from Taipei city fire department, 60
people from Taoyuan county fire department, 12 people from Hsinchu city fire
department, and 5 people from Special rescuing team of NFA.
5. Supporting Tainan county: 40 people from Tainan county fire department, 3

elementary; the patient is at age of 78. Renal dialysis was scheduled on Aug
10 and as of now, he hasn’t been dialyzed plus unable to freely move and road
blockage, the whole body is in edema and requires immediate medical
assistance. (Chi-Kuan Li from social affair division of county emergency
operation center has reported at 10:20 today that, through the assistance of
vice chief of Yushan volunteer fire department Chin-Ji Huang, no patient with
last name Hsieh was found; Representative of the health center of county
emergency operation center reported that the 4 renal dialysis center in the
