Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement
This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier “1”
(= $0-$2M) for the Applications Services, IM/IT Services, and Business Services Streams.
This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under
the categories for:
Programmer/Software Developer Level 3;
Programmer/Software Developer Level 2;
Technology Architect Level 2; and
Business Analyst Level 2.

Description of the requirement:
DND has a requirement for a contractor to provide professional services in the domain of systems
integration towards the fulfillment of a small capital project titled COHO. The COHO project aims to
provide software solutions to the Canadian Forces Electronic Warfare Centre (CFEWC), located at
Shirley’s Bay, Ottawa, which is a unit of the Canadian Forces Information Operations Group, under the
Assistant Deputy Minister (Information Management). The purpose of this project is to provide systems
integration, system design, software design and software development services with the ultimate
objective of developing application-specific software for the CFEWC. The work to be performed under
this project will assist CFEWC in enhancing electronic warfare capabilities for the Canadian Armed
Forces.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract Award to 31 March 2016.
