Rural Roadside Vegetation Maintenance And Removal (Confidential)
Moved Cr Gartrell, seconded Cr Tuckwell that pursuant to Sections 90 (2)
and (3) (k) of the Local Government Act 1999, the Council orders that the
public be excluded from the meeting with the exception of the Chief
Executive, Governance Officer, General Managers and the officer
responsible for the report, on the basis that the Council considers it
necessary and appropriate to act in a manner closed to the public in order
to receive, discuss and consider information by way of a report and
associated documents in relation to agenda item 40.5 – Rural Roadside
Vegetation Maintenance and Removal and the Council is satisfied that the
principle that the meeting should be conducted in a place open to the
public is outweighed in relation to the matter because receiving,
considering and discussing the report on 40.5 – Rural Roadside Vegetation
Maintenance and Removal
