Purpose of this PD: One of the purposes of this PD meeting is to review key practices associated with the B-RTI initiative and for teams to develop a roadmap to plan out their efforts to
facilitate dissemination and implementation efforts back at their site. The other purpose of this PD will be to expose teams to the key concepts of Academic RTI and demonstrate how it
is fundamentally connected to and integrated with the B-RTI work.
Objectives for PD – teams will be able to:
 Reflect on areas of strength and weakness with regard to the implementation of B-RTI practices.
 Develop a roadmap outlining strategic efforts to facilitate the implementation of B-RTI
 Describe the key concepts of Academic RTI and how it is integrated with the B-RTI work.
 Begin planning for the implementation of Academic RTI practices.
