Environmental protection insulating varnish
T-114-BS Water-borne Insulating Varnish
114-BS is a single component varnish made up of modified waterborne epoxy and waterborne hardener.
The most important solvent of this product is water. It doesn't pollute the environment or endanger the
operator and further, has good insulation. The cured product is water and oil resistant and quick drying,
does well in absolute dry conditions, and has bright film, which is suitable for impregnated insulation of
small motor winding and electric appliance coils such as transformers.
Impregnated insulation varnish (resin)
T-1140 Fast curing, non-solvent impregnating resin
T-1140 resin is a kind of single component impregnating resin without solvent made up of heat resistant
unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, styrene, etc., that belongs to temperature class H.
T-1140 resin is fast curing, has good storage stability, high mechanical strength of consolidation,
excellent insulating properties, can be used for both F and H insulation grade, etc., which is applicable
for impregnating insulation treatments of various F or H class motors and electric appliance coils.
T-1140 Resin meets technical requirement of H grade impregnating resin without solvent for Y2 series
motor.
T-1140-1 Epoxy quick-dry impregnating resin
1140-1 Epoxy quick-dry impregnating resin is made up of heat resistant unsaturated polyester resin,
epoxy resin, hardener and reactive diluent, etc. which belongs to temperature class H and antimildew
class is of 0.
This product has superior electric, thermal, humidity-resistant, and mechanical properties. It is suitable
for various kinds of normal manual operation, continuous impregnation machines or vacuum
impregnating varnishes. This quick-drying impregnated insulation treatment can be used for all kinds of
motors, electric appliances, generator sets, and transformer windings. During production, it is
characterized by low viscosity, excellent penetrability, and fast curing etc. It overcomes problems such
as outgoing line too hard, difficult to peel line head that its same kind of insulating resin vacuum
impregnating varnish produced after curing.
Fast curing impregnating varnish (resin)
T-114FH fast curing impregnating resin
T-114FH resin is a two component epoxy system based on solvent free epoxy resins made up of heat
resistant unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, and styrene, etc. Component ratio is A : B=1:1, and it
belongs to temperature class H (180).
T-114FH resin serves a wide range of purposes, is fast curing, has good elasticity, excellent insulation
properties and heat resistance, which is applicable for continuous impregnating and quick drying
impregnating for small motors of B and F class, electric appliance coils, and trickle impregnating
insulation treatment for small motor stator coils.
T-114FH -1 is T-114FH resin with high viscosity, used for roll dip impregnating, trickle impregnating of
motor coils or when insulation is required.
T-114B continuous epoxy impregnating resin
T-114B is a two component epoxy system with impregnating resin made up of epoxy resin, hardener and
styrene etc., belonging to temperature class B (130).
T-114B is featured by a good impregnating process, quick curing, few varnish bumps, etc., which is
suitable for continuous impregnating and as quick drying impregnating insulation treatment for small and
micro motor and electric appliance coils.
T-114-K3 epoxy quick-drying impregnating varnish
T-114-K3 resin is two component epoxy system with impregnated insulation varnish made up of epoxy
resin, hardener, and diluent, etc. Component ratio is 1:1, and it belongs to temperature class of B (130).
T-114-K3 is characterized by good impregnating, a low curing temperature, is quick drying, excellent
insulation performance, humidity and mildew resistance, etc., which is suitable for quick drying
impregnating or continuous impregnating of small motor coils and electric appliance coils such as
conditioner motors, fan motors, pump motors, electrical tool motors (stators), small transformers, etc.
and suitable for enclosed small motors.
T-114-K4 alkyd resin air dry insulating varnish
T-114-K4 is a single component air dry insulating varnish made by alkyd resin dissolved in solvent.
T-114-K4 is quick drying, has bright film, has good adhesion, strong hardness, superior weather
resistance and tri-proof property, etc. with good ornament and insulation. It is suitable for ornaments and
protection for stators and rotor iron core surface of small motor such as electrical tool motors and coil
insulation repairs, usually used as surface varnish and it can be used for impregnating as well.
T-114-K5 amino-alkyd quick-drying insulating varnish
T-114-K5 is a single component insulating varnish made up of amino resin, alkyd resin, and a low
temperature accelerator.
T-114-K5 temperature resistance class is B (130), characterized by excellent insulation performance,
oil-resistance, quick drying, and bright film, which is suitable for impregnating insulation of medium and
small motor coils and electric appliance coils such as transformers and ballasts or it can be used for
electric appliance enclosure clear-lacquering, but is not suitable for enclosed motors.
T-114-K8 modified alkyd quick-drying insulating varnish
T-114-K8 is a single component insulating varnish made up of amino resin, alkyd resin, and a low
temperature accelerator.
T-114-K8 temperature class is B (130), characterized by excellent insulation performance, oil-resistance,
arc-resistance, quick drying, does well in absolute dry conditions, and has bright film, which is suitable
for impregnating insulation of medium and small motor coils and such as electric appliance coils such as
transformers and ballast or electric appliance enclosure clear-lacquering, but is not suitable for enclosed
motors.
Trickle impregnating resin (varnish)
T-114-D3 epoxy trickle impregnating resin
T-114-D3 trickle impregnating resin is single component insulating resin solvent free made up of epoxy
resin, hardener, and styrene, etc., featured by convenient operation, does well in processing, strong
adhesion, humid and mildew resistance etc., suitable for trickle impregnating treatment for coils of motor
such as micro motors, fractional horsepower motors, and electrical appliances, temperature class is of F
(155).
T-114-D4 epoxy trickle impregnating resin
T-114-D4 trickle impregnating resin is double components insulating resin (without diluent) made up of
epoxy resin and hardener, and its temperature class is of F.
T-114-D4 is high grade trickle impregnating resin, featured by excellent thermal mechanical properties,
electrical performance, thermal resistance and mildew resistance, fast curing, solid hardener, especially
suitable for trickle impregnating treatment for coils of motors with high temperature, high rotating speed,
and high vibration. Coils remain of good integrity after treatment, reducing vibration and noise, and
prolonging the motor’s service life.
T-114-D4 resin can be used as high-tension packing material.
T-114-D5 polyesterimide roll and trickle insulating resin
T-114-D5 polyesterimide roll and trickle insulating resin is made up of polyesterimide resin, hardener,
accelerator, etc. It belongs to temperature class H. It is characterized by excellent thermal mechanical
properties, outstanding electrical performance, thermal and humid resistance and moisture resistance,
fast curing, without volatility; hardener is hard and full, especially suitable for roll impregnating and trickle
impregnating treatment for coils of motors with high temperature, high rotating speed, and high vibration.
Coil maintains good integrity after treatment, reducing vibration and noise, and prolonging motor’s
service life.
Glass fiber covered wire impregnating varnish
T-1459 Polyester glass fiber covered wire impregnating varnish
T-1459 varnish is a kind of special varnish for glass fiber covered electromagnetic wire. It is made of
heat-proof Polyester resin and hardener, taking low toxic mixed solvent as the basic solvent with a
thermal class of H.
T-1459 varnish has good binding strength, with good wetting quality to glass fiber, fast drying, low drying
temperature, and good process adaptability characteristics etc. It can be used to produce various
fiberglass covered wires with a temperature index of 155 or 180. No after-tack or musty phenomenon will
occur and verdigris is not apt to occur, strengthening the covered wire, and leaving a beautiful finish.
Because of the high voltage resistant performance of polyester and its good compatibility with mica
insulation, the glass fiber covered wire made by T-1459 varnish is especially applicable for high voltage
motor or electric appliances.
T-6301 Modified polyester glass fiber covered wire varnish
T-6301 varnish is a kind of special varnish for glass fiber covered electromagnetic wire. It is made of
modified Polyester resin, taking low toxic mixed solvent as the basic solvent with a thermal class of F.
T-6301 varnish has a good binding strength, with characteristics such as good wetting quality to glass
fiber, fast drying, low drying temperature, and good process adaptability, etc. It can be used to produce
various fiberglass covered wires (including double glass fiber covered wire, paint covered wire, and film
covered wire, etc.) with a temperature index of 155 or 130. No after-tack or musty phenomenon will
occur and verdigris is not apt to occur strengthening covered wire with a beautiful finish.
T-1230 Oil modified class B alcohol acid impregnating varnish
T-1230 varnish is made up of oil modified alcohol acid resin mixed solvent, etc, which is a kind of a
unique varnish for class B (130) glass fiber covered electromagnetic wire.
Main characteristics of T-1230 varnish are: (1) Low furnace temperature for wire furnace to save energy.
(2) Good stability of storage of single component fast drying varnish which is very convenient. (3)
Excellent varnish film flexibility and binding strength allow for high quality results and ensure avoidance
of musty phenomenon or after-tack for the produced glass fiber covered wire. (4) Beautiful finished
appearance on glass fiber covered wire.
T-1449 Epoxy glass fiber covered wire impregnating varnish
T-1449 varnish is a kind of special varnish for glass fiber covered electromagnetic wire. It is made of
thermal resistant resin and hardener, etc., taking low toxic mixed solvent as the basic solvent with a
thermal class of F.
T-1449 varnish has a good binding strength, with characteristics such as good wetting quality to glass
fiber, fast drying, low drying temperature, minor volatile constituents and good adaptability, etc. It can be
used to produce various fiberglass covered wires (including double glass fiber covered wire, paint
covered wire, and film covered wire, etc.) with a temperature index of 155 or 130. No after-tack or musty
phenomenon will occur and verdigris is not apt to occur to allow a good strengthen of wire covered layer
and a beautiful finish, etc. Because of the high voltage resistant performance of polyester and its good
compatibility with mica insulation, the glass fiber covered wire made by T-1459 varnish is especially
applicable for high voltage motors or electric appliances.
Use of T-1449 is also helpful in energy saving, labor protection and environmental pollution reduction.
Sealing and encapsulating resin and plaster
T-4318 Epoxy sealing resin
The 4318 series epoxy sealing resin is a kind of bi-component sealing resin made up of epoxy resin,
hardener and filler, etc., where T-4318-1 is a thermal curing product, T-4318 is a normal temperature
curing product, and both of them are inflammable with thermal class of F (class 155).
T-4318 resin with good performance, with a glossy condensate, good cracking resistance, low shrinkage
rate, excellent insulation performance, etc., which is applicable for casting of coils of motors and electric
appliances as well as for sealing and plastic package of electronic components of electric appliances;
e.g., it can be used for casting of coil of small transformers and mutual inductors, for sealing of ignition
coils of motorcycles and automobiles, and for plastic packages of electric components, etc. Fire resistant
products can be used in occasions with non-inflammable and fire-resistant requirements.
The color of T-4318 resin condensate is black. Products with red color or other dark colors also can be
provided as per requirements of users.
T-144PB Epoxy covering resin
T-144PB epoxy covering resin is a kind of bi-component covering resin taking 114-D4 epoxy trickle
impregnating resin as the main constituent, mixed with modifier, filler and process additives, which is
characterized by fast curing, high mechanical strength, good thermal resistance, etc. The trickle
impregnating process can achieve an effect of casting encapsulating, which is applicable for
encapsulating for ends of electric tools, insulation of starting motor rotors of motorcycles as well as other
casting, covering and filling occasions, etc.
The color of T-144PB resin can be blue, milky, and transparent, etc. Products with special specification
can also be provided as per requirements of users.
