Forever Duke Award Nominations
The Forever Duke Award recognizes individual alums each year for their excellent volunteer
service to Duke, the DAA, and other alumni groups. Selection places a particular emphasis on
volunteer roles played in the recent past, in contrast to the C.A. Dukes Award, which recognizes
recurrent and longstanding commitment and service to Duke. Nominators should describe in
detail how these alumni have excelled in their volunteer position.

The nominator must provide all materials pertinent to the nomination. The Awards and
Recognition Committee will not do research on behalf of any nominee.
