The human element is now recognised as having a significant influence on maritime safety.
This one-day seminar with industry is sponsored by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency to identify, explore, and improve understanding of the human element.
The seminar will focus on industry best practice including management of the human element, the importance of leadership, implications for training, and the role of the regulator.
