 Military Officer’s Association
Deadline of March 30th
Applicant must be a resident of Lancaster County and planning to attend a post-secondary
school. Applicant must have an immediate family member who has served (or is serving)
honorably in the US military. See the guidance office for an application.
 Building Industry Association
Deadline of March 31st
This is a scholarship available to a graduating senior that will enroll in a post-secondary
program for any trade that is for the residential building industry such as; plumbing,

 HACC Foundation Scholarships

 PA Land Surveyors
Deadline of April 2nd
The Land Surveyors’ Foundation is offering a scholarship to students who are pursuing a
bachelor’s degree or associate degree in land surveying. Please see guidance for an

 NAACP Lancaster Branch
Deadline of April 4th
This branch is offering a $500 scholarship to the most qualified senior planning to attend
a four year college. The applicant must be African American or Latino of Lancaster County
with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and has been involved in community service. Please stop in the
guidance office for an application.
 Delta Kappa Gamma Society
Deadline of April 4th
A $500 grant will be given to the best qualifying candidate that is pursuing a college
degree in education. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 Elizabeth Carter Scholarship
Deadline of April 11th
This scholarship is open to any Lancaster County senior who is African American and/or
Latino planning to attend a 2 or 4 year college and has been involved in community service.

 Salvation Army
Deadline of April 11th
Applicant must be a resident of Lancaster County from a household of low or moderate net
income. Applicant must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Please see the guidance office for an
application.
 PV Education Foundation Scholarship

This is a scholarship offered to a graduating senior planning on attending post-secondary
schooling. The recipient will have proven academic success, contribution to school and
community in the form of extracurricular activities and financial need. Please see the

 Delta Sigma Theta
Deadline of April 12th
Any Lancaster County senior planning on post-secondary school can apply for this
scholarship. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 New Holland American Legion
Deadline of April 15th
The American Legion will award a $500 scholarship for ongoing education past high school.
There is a general education scholarship as well as one specific for those entering the
health care field. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 Donegal Chapter of the DAR
Deadline of April 15th
The Chapter is offering a $2500 scholarship to a student pursuing post-secondary
schooling. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 Ervin L Steele Scholarship
Deadline of April 16th
This is a $500 scholarship offered to a graduating high school senior residing in Lancaster
County that is planning to major in nursing. Please see the guidance office for an
application.
 Farm and Home Foundation
Deadline of April 18th
Any graduating senior that is planning on majoring in Agriculture or Family and Consumer
Science can apply for this scholarship. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning
Deadline of April 30th
Lancaster dollars provides inters-free loans to qualifying students that will attend an
accredited post-secondary institution. Please apply online at www.lancdollars.org.
