TENDER CALL NOTICE
OMFED invites sealed offers from eligible experienced Interior
Decorator for the following works.
“INTERIOR DESIGN, RENOVATION WORK AND LUMINARIES, AT
OMFED
CORPORATE
OFFICE
AND
BHUBNESWAR
DAIRY,
CHANDRASEKHARPUR, DIST KHURDA”
The bid document can be downloaded from website
www.omfed.com. Bids with 1% of quoted value as EMD shall be
received upto 1400 Hours on 13/03/2013 & shall be opened on the
same day at 1500 Hours at OMFED Corporate Office, in presence
of interested bidders. Bids without EMD will not be considered.
OMFED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders or part thereof without assigning any reason.

A) Eligibility Criteria
-
The bidders should have adequate experience in interior work of buildings.
The bidders annual turnover should not be less than 10 lakhs during the
year 2011-2012.
B) Documents to be submitted alongwith the offer
- Copy of the latest Income Tax clearance certificate
- Profit and loss account for the year 2011-2012
- Sales Tax clearance certificate
- Copy of the PAN Card.
- Work experience certificate in support of the works executed.
C) Completion period :
90 (Ninety) days from the date of issue of the work order.
D) Terms of Payment
i) 40% payment shall be released subject to 60% completion and balance shall
be released after successful completion of the works assigned.
ii) Performance Security @ 5% of the order value shall be retained for a period of
one year from the date of completion.
iii) Payment is subject to deduction of any kind of statutory dues if applicable.

Bids without EMD shall not be considered.
Incomplete bidding form liable to be disqualified.
OMFED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time
prior to award of the contract without assigning ay reason thereof.
iv)
The bidder has to enter into an agreement as per the prescribed format
of OMFED if assigned with the contract.
The bidder is advised to visit and examine the site and obtain for himself on his
own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing the
bid and entering into a contract at his own cost.
vi)
The offer shall valid for a period 02 (two) months from the date of
opening of the bid.
vii)
The bidder has to submit 3 sets of hard copy and soft copy of working
drawings prior to execution for approval within 07 (seven days) from the
date of receipt of the work order.
