Simulation.
B.Sc., Applied Physics, Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, August 1994.
Ph.D. CONCENTRATIONS
Growth and characterization of quantum structures and corresponding devices. This research
involves developing skills on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth of compound semiconductors,
STM, AFM & XRD structure characterization, HALL measurement of semiconductor devices,
optical characterization of quantum structure and usage of characterization tools. It also involves
theoretical skills to simulate growth and device performance and special studies on surface
morphology of high index semiconductor compounds.
