This was debated by the Committee and was agreed Councillor J Harding would draft a further letter which would be copied to the District Councillors. This letter would be circulated to the Planning Committee members prior to sending to EDDC. Mayor’s initials …………………….. -109P/14/04/11 7) To Receive Councillors’ Questions relating to Planning Matters Councillor Holmes raised concerns he had heard from a EDDC Housing Officer who was present at the LAG meeting this week. It concerns problems of residents being blocked in at the Car Park in Higher Spring Gardens whilst dropping their children off at the Primary School. P/14/04/12 Councillor Hansford raised the matter of a decision relating to Lowlands Farm, Toadpit Lane, West Hill (12/2467/FUL) An Enforcement Notice was served giving 6 months for the removal of the summerhouse, gazebo and bollard lighting, the cessation of the domestic use of land and to restore the land to its former condition as agricultural land. This had not been adhered to. The Deputy Clerk will contact the Enforcement Officer in this regard. P/14/04/13 Councillor J Harding told the Committee that he had seen sight of a Bulletin that said there was more money available for a Grant in support of a Neighbourhood Plan. P/14/04/14 Councillor Carter mentioned road works on the Salston Manor road through to Fluxton south of Bishops Court. The Deputy Clerk told him this had been reported and Highways were working in conjunction with S/W Water.
