Bins are 3’ x 3’ x 3’, made of cedar and wire mesh, and cost $45. There are two options for purchasing a bin: 1. Purchase a bin at the Hennepin County Drop-off Facility in Brooklyn Park. Pay at the facility; no pre-order needed. Cash or check only. Bins are for sale during regular drop-off facility hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays and Sundays 2. Pre-order online to pick up during an event. You must submit a pre-order to get a bin at an event; there will be no additional bins available for sale at the events. Sunday, August 17 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Franklin Avenue East Open Streets, hosted by Hope Community E.
