Group work - Self evaluation: group working skills
Before you start looking at improving your group working skills, first think about the last
time you took part in a group activity. Reflecting back on what happened in the past will
help you to learn from what went well before and decide what areas you need to work on.
What do you think you did well? Were you a ‘team’ player? What made the group
successful? What made it difficult to work in the group? Is there anything you would do
differently the next time?
Complete the below self-evaluation to help you decide which aspects of group working skills
you’d like to improve.
