A list of products that have been previously used by the Consortia is in Appendix 1. The agreement period will be 36 months with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months commencing late 2010. We will apply the following objective criteria to the selection process: Economic and Financial Standing - the bidder must be of a financial standing to participate in a procurement of this size. Track record - the bidder can demonstrate that it has delivered similar goods/services in similar circumstances to those detailed in the Summary of Requirements section above. Capacity and Capability - assessment of the totality of resources and core competences available to the organisation. Completeness and Compliance - full completion and submission in accordance with the requirements of the PQQ. 4.1 Scoring Matrix Score Definition An exceptional response, indicating all the features, attributes behaviours and strengths over and above that you would normally 5 expect from a winning bidder. Contractors scoring 5 will progress to the next stage of the tender. 4 3 A very good response, including all the features, attributes behaviours and strengths that you would expect from a winning bidder. Contractors scoring 4 will progress to the next stage of the tender. A satisfactory response to the extent that it meets the required standards and provides a full response. This may not be the standard you expect from a winning bidder and have limitations in their response. Contractors scoring 3 will progress to the next stage of the tender 2 Unsatisfactory response but has some merit.
