Instructor Appreciation Night 2014
Nomination Form
There are over 300 professors in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta, many
of which are celebrated for their groundbreaking research. However, their dedication to
undergraduate teaching is rarely commended. If a particular professor or teaching
assistant has personally impacted you, we want to know so we can recognize them at our
annual Instructor Appreciation Night. Nominations will be collected and evaluated by the
Academic Advocacy Team and winners will receive an award at the event in celebration of
their hard work.

*The ISSS reserves the right to edit spelling, grammar, and/or format of nomination letters to make them
suitable for presentation.
Deliver your nomination form and letter to the ISSS office in CCIS 1-150 by 4 PM on
December 13, 2013. You may also submit an online nomination form online at www.isss.ca
by 11:59 PM on December 15th, 2013.
*The ISSS reserves the right to use content of nomination letters in the promotion of the Instructor
Appreciation Night (nominator will be kept anonymous).
