RECs are measured in one megawatt increments and evidenced by the transfer of one WREGIS certificate. Resource Type: Offer represents sell of unbundled RECs from a pool of existing eligible renewable resources. Alternatively, prospective buyer may specify certain individual resources. Existing eligible renewable resources for this RFP are listed in table below, Exhibit B. All are wind resources and have been certified by the California Energy Commission (“CEC”) as an RPS-eligible resource. PacifiCorp has obtained LORS Certification for each of the resources. “LORS Certification” means certification by the CEC of an electric generation facility not located within the state of California that such facility meets California’s environmental quality laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards as set forth in the CEC’s RPS Eligibility Guidebook. PacifiCorp REC Reverse RFP, October 18, 2011 REC Quantity: PacifiCorp is not setting a maximum number of RECs offered at this time and may in its discretion limit the maximum number of RECs for which it accepts bids. The minimum amount of RECs bid by a prospective buyer should not be less than 1,000 RECs in any single calendar year. Vintage Period(s): RECs offered are for any, or all, vintage calendar years 2010 to 2015.
