Exterior Colours
This section is to assist in maintaining the architectural colour design feature of the units of
Tweedsmuir on the Park.
The notes at the end of the last page of this section refer to information about the original paint
used as well as discounts provided by a local paint company.
To use the following chart –
Find your address in the left hand column to find the “package” of colours used on your unit
(right hand column)
Find your package # on the Exterior Colour Selection page. This will tell you what the style and
colour are of your individual roof shingles, brick & stone, siding, doors, and trim.
Example –
If you live at #1 Kinmount –
 Find your address in the left hand column on the Kinmount Private page
 Your colour Package is #2 (right hand column)
 On the Exterior Colour Selection page you will find that Package #2 consists of:
o 2 Tone Brown roof
o Santa Fe Brick
o Old School Accent Brick
o Aberdeen Stone
o Driftwood Siding
o Cashmere Soffit, facia, frieze board, trim, and corner trim
o Selection of Chocolate Kiss, Toscana, or Toasted Taupe door colour
